We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you choose which categories of cookies you consent to:

  • Necessary: Cookies the website needs in order to work, including to remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics: Used to measure traffic and improve the website through Google Analytics, which is loaded via Google Tag Manager.

5. Do we share your data with others?

We disclose or share your personal data with the following categories of data processors and partners, to the extent you have given consent or it is necessary to provide our services:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): As the provider of the AI technology behind our image analysis products, see section 8.
  • Cloudflare (Workers AI): As the provider of the AI language models we use in our internal processes, for example when we process and answer enquiries, see section 8.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is necessary to provide and improve our services.

6. Transfers to third countries

Some of our data processors, including Google, AWS and Cloudflare, may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA, for example in the USA. In those cases we make sure the transfer has a lawful basis, for example the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which oblige the recipient to protect your data to a level equivalent to EU rules.

7. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to answer your enquiry, or for as long as the law requires. Data that forms part of accounting records is kept for at least 5 years after the end of the financial year concerned, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

8. Do we use AI-based products?

As part of our services, we offer products and features powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, including image analysis. These are delivered through the third-party provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI. Your data processed in connection with the use of our AI products is shared with and processed by AWS in order to provide the functionality, and is processed in accordance with this privacy policy and our agreement with AWS.

We also use AI, including agentic AI, in our internal processes. For this we use language models provided by Cloudflare (Workers AI). If personal data is part of that work, for example when we process an enquiry from you, it is processed by Cloudflare as a data processor in accordance with this privacy policy and our agreement with Cloudflare. You can also read about our use of AI in our terms of use.
